Kurtis - Alaska Airlines Pilot

My time here at Pacific Skies Aviation was everything I could have hoped for. I was hired as a CFI in May of 2019 and was welcomed in to one of the best flight school programs I’ve ever been a part of. As a new CFI, I was nervous about transitioning to a teaching mindset, however Reza and the rest of the instructors at PSA made the experience incredibly smooth. The syllabus that PSA created gave me the tools and resources I needed to make me feel comfortable teaching and gave me excellent guidance to teach my students. I always felt heard at PSA and was always impressed with the professional nature of everyone here. It made my time as an instructor one of the most rewarding experiences in my aviation career. I felt prepared for my next steps in my aviation journey including becoming a pilot for SkyWest Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
